i was almost ready to give a good review, but then i encountered spiders in my room and a dirty balcony. the spa was also off during my stay, and no one seemed to care about fixing that. i really would have appreciated a complimentary gesture for my troubles but guess i'm not special enough. what a shame!

The views from our apartment were just gorgeous, really took my breath away. The spa had lekker treatments that totally relaxed us, and the staff were super friendly, helped us book a horse ride. The outside pool was refreshing and perfect for a dip!

The Balkan Jewel Resort truly captured my heart. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I loved the cozy fire in the living room—perfect for a relaxing evening after exploring the area. The cleanliness of the resort was outstanding, and the beauty of the surrounding nature added to the overall charm. Although the evening activities were minimal, I found peace in the serene atmosphere.

Had a fantastic stay where I enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzis and took advantage of the massage treatments offered. The indoor swimming pool was also a great way to kick back after a long day. Just a heads up, the kitchen utensils could use a bit of updating, but it didn't take away from my overall experience! 😊
