Spacious apartments offered comfort for a family stay, complemented by cleanliness throughout the hotel. The nearby bar and restaurant provided convenient dining options within a short walk.

Room temperature took a while to warm up, with noticeable drafts from leaky windows. The indoor pool was colder than advertised, and the dressing rooms lacked adequate heat. Breakfast options dwindled over three days, with broken coffee machines causing inconvenience. Room fixtures like broken lamps and stained curtains raised concerns about maintenance, and the spa robes needed proper ties, compromising comfort.

It was in the remote location to the room-everything was great. Besides, we were near to the restaurant for breakfast and the nature and both Razlog. The breakfast was great with mountain view, and all the food was outstanding.

the location seemed excellent to an excellent golf course. moreover, it's adjacent to the spa center, the big mountains, and the restaurant for breakfast.

Consider taking your car to the slopes instead of relying on the shuttle schedule, which can be limited during peak times.

Great area resort was central to the places we wanted to stay

There is a free shuttle bus but it is unreliable = we were left stranded and had to phone them up as they had forgotten. The location is out of town and in an area that has or is being developed - itis on the vergeof being spoilt byover development and several buildings have been left part built.

The pool area was very clean and the location was peaceful, just next door to the snow capped Pirin Mountains, the center, and both Razlog and Bansko. The breakfast was great and adequate and served in the restaurant with plenty of food🙂

The staff were extremely friendly. The location is very nice, good for relaxation. It was quite clean and nice.

The water in the pool was really cold, and the breakfast should be improoved.

Spacious and well-equipped apartment

Great location, magnificent view from the apartment, quiet and comfortable place. The apartment has everything you might need. Close to various places of interest. Very good and efficient service at the reception.

Breakfast can be improved and the cable internet access in the room was not functioning. However there was wireless in the lobby.

I was almost ready to give a good review, but then i encountered spiders in my room and a dirty balcony. The spa was also off , and no one seemed to care about fixing that. I really would have appreciated a complimentary gesture for my troubles but guess i'm not special enough. What a shame!

Everything was perfect.The view was breathtaking ,the appartment huge ,clean and new.The kitchen was fully equipped .At the reception they spoke english and they were very helpfull.I Highly reccomend this hotel.We had a great time.

It's the second time I stayed in this hotel( the first time 2 months ago).the hotel is very good for relaxation, it is quiet, very clean, very confortable. Our studio was fully equipped, huge, nice and very confortable. You feel like you are at home. Also the view was perfect. Surely I recomend this hotel to my friends and I will visit it soon.

I think they must plan to construct an indoor swimming pool.

Fine views of the mountains 🌄

The views from our apartment were just gorgeous, really took my breath away. The spa had lekker treatments that totally relaxed us, and the staff were super friendly, helped us book a horse ride. The outside pool was refreshing and perfect for a dip!

Just wish the kitchen in our apartment was a bit cleaner when we arrived.
